美的置业拟发行不超过人民币10亿元五年期债券

美的置业控股有限公司(Midea Real Estate Holdings Limited, 3990.HK, 简称∶美的置业)拟通过旗下于中国成立的附属公司美的置业集团有限公司(Midea Real Estate Group Co. Ltd.)发行不超过人民币10亿元（合1.409亿美元）公司债。

美的置业周一表示，这批债券期限为五年，票面利率将通过簿记建档方式确定。
The bonds will have a maturity of five years and the coupon will be decided in the book-building process, the company said Monday.

美的置业集团将有权在第三年末调整票面利率，届时投资者有权回售债券。

美的置业称，发债所得拟用于偿还债务。该公司预计到周四将完成这一交易。
